Activity Matters Covid-19 Policy
Activity Matters plans to continue to provide optimal care for our patients whilst maintaining everyone’s safety. Our Covid Safe Plan is subject to all regulations, standards and guidelines as directed by the WA Government and public health authorities and will be updated in accordance with any changes to public health directions. Mask wearing - Staff will wear appropriate surgical masks as guided by the WA Government
Social distancing - To minimise the risk of infection we will maintain at least 1.5 metres separation and limit non-essential contact. Telehealth bookings will be encouraged if there is a staff member that is a high-risk close contact in very high caseload setting
Hygiene – All staff and patients should practise good hand hygiene by using soap and running water then drying hands thoroughly, or by using an alcohol-based hand sanitiser
Vaccination - Staff will be fully vaccinated and maintain their vaccination status as guided by the WA Government. Patients are encouraged to stay up to date with their vaccinations
Covid testing and reporting- Following the Testing and Isolation guide will help you know what to do to keep yourself and others safe. Our staff are classified as Critical Workers are subject to unique testing and isolation protocols if they are a close contact
Working at Medical clinics and Recreational Facilities (gyms/pools)- We will be guided by our clinics, their covid safe plans and the WA Government guidelines
